No Rest for the Weary

So... I'm finally rid of my psychotic ex-roommate, when what happens? My psychotic ex-roommate's psychotic ex-boyfriend decides to stalk and harass me online because apparently he has nothing more interesting to do. Pretty sad. Have I provoked this? I don't think so. Do my readers know my identity? Probably not, so... if you don't know me and I've never put a name to 'the psychotic roommate', then who gives a flying fuck what I say here?! I could say that the sky is purple and I love eating rocks, but who cares. Grow up and get a freaking life and stay out of mine. Really... if I am all you have to focus on for the day then I suggest you seek some serious help because honestly... I'm not interested in having a stalker.

My Psychotic Ex-Roommate: The Battle Ensues

Yes, it is true, I am Nacho. Well, not really, but I AM rid of my psychotic roommate from hell, so... yay!!! Which is sad for you, I suppose, since I will not have anything else to write about. Except... maybe... unless the psychosis continues post move-out?! It is true, you don't have to live with a psycho to be affected by one. I have been moved out for nearly two weeks now. Things in the new space are just ducky and I'm lovin my new *sane* roomie. Life has returned to normal and I am once again sleeping... a little bit.

The question, however, remains: does the psychosis continue? Answer: yes. How could this be, you ask? Well... here's the dealie-yo... when you move out of an apartment, you have to sign papers stating when you are moving out. That way the landlord has legal cause to evict you should you stay longer than stated. I... moved out on time. My psychotic roommate... remains. Yes, even though she signed papers saying she would be out, she refuses to leave. The kicker? She not only signed papers that she was moving out of our apartment, she signed new papers stating that she was moving INTO a new apartment in the same complex. So... by not leaving the old apartment, she is not only violating one contract, but TWO!!! It just gets better and better, doesn't it folks?

She gave the manager another month's rent check (dropped discretely in the mailslot so as not to have to speak to the manager) and simply... stayed. Nuts-o! Can you believe that?! Who does that sort of thing? Technically, if the manager had not accepted her check she could have evicted her. And, by staying where she's at, she is preventing someone else from moving in. So, it's a whole chain of psychotic events happening here.

So anyway, we're on day 5 of no move-out and not showing any signs of change. Very interesting... never fear my ever faithful readeR... I will keep you up to the minute as things progress.
